The unit consists of the plastic extruder, filter, T-type die, cooling water tank, traction unit, edge yam crusher, hot stretching oven, splitter unit,stretching and fixing unit, winding machine, waste yarn recycling unit and electrical control cabinet.
· The artificial-lawn yarn extruder based on the usage of advanced of technology in Germany and South Korea's own design,high efficient and running stable.
· The device has the advantage of simple operation, advanced control system,die head with automatic tracking control system of metering pump, ensure the unity of the wire shape.
· All the main motors adopts frequency conversion to control, so as to achieve the stability of product quality and etc.
· Screw and barrel are made of use 38CrMoAL superior alloy steel with special treatment, has good corrosion resistance and hard wear resistance, longer life.
· Heating plate surface is electroplating hard chrome, with high wear resistance and long use life.
· Sable winder which can wind yarns directly on the paper tube, best for selling.
